poor service

worst experience ever i paid for my license disc via capitec and its been out for delivery by skynet since the 9th JAN 2024. I stated operating times as they are to deliver at my workplace but still nothing. At first they delivered at 19:48 as per tracking website, called in to arrange with them between 7-5pm still noting. called multiple times to confirm arrival and at some point i was made to speak with the driver who said i should wait until after 5pm as they had a breakdown-for sucha big company, they have no measures in place for such, instead delay and inconvienice me as a client. i have stated multiple times that i need my disc and as i am travelling. for something that was supposed to make the process easy and fast has turned out to be very horrible. now i have to cancel my travel plans and make an alternative WAY TO GET MY LICENSE DISC. I am failing to understand why does capitec still use them for deliveries
