Poor service at SkyNet Kuruman branch

SkyNet Kuruman Branch deliberately delays with my parcels. I ordered a Drip sneaker on the 7th December 2022 and waybill was immediately created. On the 9th December 2022, the parcel was received in SkyNet Kuruman branch. Today its the 19th December 2022 and I haven't heard from them. According to the tracking information, the parcel is with the SkyNet Kuruman branch. I called the Kuruman branch manager and he told me that he can't assist me because he's not at work. It looks like I will only receive my parcel next year 2023. I highly encourages business to stop using this skynet company especially in Kuruman.
