Poor service and Poor communication

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Skynet. I still haven't received an order I placed on the 8th of April because of they fail to communicate with customers. I've never experienced this with other logistic companies and it's my first dealing with Skynet and I'm very much disappointed with their poor service and poor communication with customers.
