Poor service and no communication

On Friday (07/07) my car's renewed license disk was suppose to be delivered. At the end of the day it said "Delivery Exception: Consignee not available" even tho nobody called or rang my unit's gate phone. I work from home so was here the whole day.

On Monday I called and asked that they actually call me when they deliver again, but it is Wednesday (12/07) already.

No sign of the delivery being made and nobody answering the phone. It keeps me waiting and then the phone cuts off.

I'm done waiting and I am done wasting my airtime trying to figure out where my package is.
