Poor service and lack of communication

On Friday, I received an SMS confirming that my order ***A would be delivered between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, today is Tuesday, and I have still not received my parcel. In addition, I have not been contacted or provided with any updates regarding this delay.

I find it very concerning that I was instructed to remain at home on Friday for a delivery that did not take place, with no communication to explain the situation. I kindly request urgent clarification on the status of my order and assurance that it will be delivered without further delay.
