Poor Service and Lack of Communication

I've paid an excessive amount of money for overnight shipping and almost a week later still no sign of my parcel being anywhere close to me. No response to my email. Truly disgusting service. I could have paid less than half the amount at the Post Office if I knew I would wait this long. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever. Truly a waste of time and money. APPALLED.
