Poor service and communication

<p> </p> <p>I am having a problem with myself parcel skynet has been having it from the 4th of August. They first send it to Pietermaritzburg and I called, they promised to send back to polokwane but no instead they sent it to klerksdorp and I am still waiting for my parcel in polokwane. With no hope of getting it on time so i paid for a faster shipping only to not receive my parcel on time or at all. And whenever I call I'm being promised to get a callback that never happens.</p> <p>Please advise as to what I should do to receive the parcel as I urgently nees it</p>
