POOR SERVICE ALWAYS!!!

I am very disgusted and not satisfied and totally not happy about your services You are totally not caring about your clients , the long lines on your telephones and even when we trying to reach you via emails they are not answered , never use Skynet!!! They are very unprofessional it started with my parcel being delivered yet I don't know about any delivery , again I was not phoned even by one person when I'm trying to make means to get my parcel they don't answer phones, emails it's been 3 hours nothing they just don't care even their WhatsApp is useless
