**** poor service

I have an item that I'm in a hurry to get. But trying to phone Sky Net and get the phone answered is impossible. Its not the 1st tine this happended. Why publish a phone number to contact but dont have anyone available to answer the phone. Even the whatsapp number is useless. And judging from other reviews they dont bother to improve.
