Poor Service

I had hardware collection from Vox scheduled for the 17th of July 2024, but your driver did not come to pick it up. Then on Friday I received a call from Skynet I confirmed availability at home yet the driver did not come of which was the case with previous collections, your drivers cancel pick ups without coming to the pickup location.

Now Vox charged me R1999.00 because the hardware was not collected.

I sent this message to your customer service email, whatsapp line, and facebook but my message was ignored.
