Poor service

Don't know where to start but anywhere. I have purchased some some from temu and from last week 10 April 2025 skynet suppose to delivery my stuff. When I track my stuck on the temu app it said no one available. I asked my staff if any1 came they said no. This happen twice last week. On Monday I called skynet the agent told me they will deliver between 8 to 5pm with was the 14 April 2025 and still no1 had come to delivery. Today wich is the 15 April I went on to the app to track my stuff it says out on delivery. When I emailed skynet they said it will be delivered today and up till now no1 has come to deliver my stuff.
