Poor Service

on the the 29th of March got sms that package is to e delivered in 3-5 days. only on the 7th did I receive sms that delivery would take place. Since the 7th no delivery has happened. Very time I check status it says consignee not available. Noone called or tempted to call. I called Customer centre and was told the driver would call... nothing. Disappointing
