Poor service

Bad Courier company. My one parcel got delivered but the other parcel apparently had the incorrect address, after receiving a call from them to confirm the address. My parcel is been delayed which I desperately needed for today. I am truely utterly disappointed. They couldn't even call or confirm the address this morning when it was out for delivery as per tracking.
