POOR SERVICE

You service is very poor ,how come i received the sms advising that my parcel will be delivered on Monday the next thing there's nothing being delivered and no correspondence from your company of apology of the delay you have cause me .Still today i haven't receive any feedback.I am waiting for my parcel to be delivered because those are very important documents .I have sent and email and no one is responding to my email.Such a big company with such a horrible service even you WhatsApp cant assist still sending the link when i enter the number i received from the first sms is not existing .Can someone come back to me and advise what is really going on .How do i recommend client to use your service while you service is so horrible
