Poor service.

I am expecting a Shein delivery dispatched by Skynet. There wasn't no communication but when I track my parcel its updated to "Company closed at 19h29, then Cosignee no reached around 21h55", which zero attempt to contact me, I have been waiting for the delivery all of yesterday, the time stamps of this updates leaves little to be desired. Now the parcel has been returned to Elandsfontein, I don't even know why. Your call center is basically non existent because it just rings on end. I need to get my parcel delivered, And actually someone from skynet to actually communicate with regarding my parcel. The service ordered is not up to par.
