Poor service

Very bad service from this Courier company. I've been waiting for my parcel the whole day after I got am sms saying that it was out on delivery, they didn't arrive. To my surprise when I track the parcel they say I was not available which is a lie. I am running a business here and I'm going to lose my clients because of your poor service.
