Poor service

Good day I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. The delivery guy who goes by the name (Alvin,Cell;***) misled me, saying he couldn't find me yesterday, despite me waiting at my workplace from 4:30 PM onwards of which my delivery was scheduled for 5pm. I tried calling the customer service number but was kept on hold for a long time and eventually cut off and of which I used my airtime.

I tracked the delivery, which showed it was still in Kempton Park branch , but received no communication or updates. I waited until 17:45 PM but still didn't receive my delivery.

Today(20 March), I made arrangements with the delivery guy to meet at my office, but he failed to show up. Instead, I had to drive from Boksburg to Kempton Park since I was not based in the office today, wasting time and petrol, only to be told that I wouldn't receive my delivery today and would have to wait until Monday though he is the one who said i can make my way to KemptonPark and meet him there. The lack of communication and reliability is unacceptable, and I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received. Regards Welcome Mphaho
