Poor service

I waited the whole day yesterday as the parcel shows it's out for delivery on system in Mthatha branch. I even sent an email to their customer service email as there is no answer on their landlines.They confirmed that the parcel is out for delivery but never delivered. There is no communication at all. This is not the first time this happened where I end up collecting the parcel myself after it was returned back to the depo and left the following day.This is pathetic service.
