Poor service

On Friday morning I received an SMS (09:01 6th October 2023) that my parcel will be out on delivery and I should have someone to be able to receive the parcel on that day (This is my vehicle license done through Natis system). I was scheduled to go on holiday but waited until 5pm and nobody arrived. Annoyed I left on my holiday.

Come Saturday morning at 9:25 I received a call from Elijah Mhindu telling me he is outside with my vehicle license. I then asked him was this not supposed to be delivered the previous day as I waited and we are now on holiday. He then proceeded to drop the call as I am speaking and I still have not received my vehicle license. This is really pathetic and poor service. I would not recommend using these couriers as they cannot adhere to the SMS they send out. I could've arranged for someone to be there in my absence to receive my vehicle license.

I have tried calling skynet but the number does not exist. I tried WhatsApp which did not work. I also tried to email with no response.
