Poor service

I have received the worst service, I payed for my license disc online and skynet is the currier service that was supposed to deliver on the 29/12/2024 I received a message saying they will deliver but they didn't deliver on Monday, Tuesday and on Wednesday on the 01/01/2025 around 8 in the morning the currier guy called in the morning and said he wants to deliver I asked him if possible can he deliver before 12 as I need to go somewhere he said he will be there around 10. Did he pitch no he called after 16:00 and said his outside I told him that I had left. We agreed that he will come the following day on the 02/01 I wait for him he didn't come I called him at 16:00 he said he was busy the whole day he will deliver on the 03/01 I waited for him again he didn't show up I called him on Saturday still nothing. Today 06/01 I've been on the call from 8;00 until 9:30 I spoke to two ladies who were not helpful because they said they will try to call the driver and put me on the quee again and according to the parcel tracer it's showing that my parcel was delivered and signed for but definitely not by me .
