Poor Service

I received a sms on Tuesday 7 January 2025 that my parcel will be delivered that day.

I phoned yesterday after holding for more than 45min where my parcel are. The operator phoned the driver he told her that my parcel would be delivered on Thursday 9 January at four o'clock. Nothing happened.

I tried to phone again this morning, but after one hour I gave up.

The licence department must use Courier Guy, the best courier company
