Poor Service

Absolutely shocking and appalling. My parcel came to South Africa on the 11th of July. I received it only on the 28th of September because Skynet short paid customs R4.53. For up to 2 and a half months i was shunted from pillar to post. I spoke to numerous representatives who to date haven't come back to me. A well known company such as Skynet should take a long look at yourselves and the service you render as i will definitely not use this company again and believe me i have related my experience to numerous people.
