Poor service

Poor service been waiting for my parcel since it kept saying out on delivery towards the end of the day it says delivery failed due to receipt not being at home and can not be contacted bt i received no call from the driver since the parcel has been out on delivery for the past 2 days,this service is pathetic if you guys dont wanna deliver why don’t you give other companies who actually deliver good service to there customers .
