Poor Service

Skynet is the worst, I was suppose to receive my parcel from Vodacom Nov 15th 2024 to no avail.

I received a text Friday morning stating my parcel is out for deliver, I waited until I received another text around 21:30 about failed delivery but I disregarded it.

The following day I received the very same text that my parcel will be delivered before 5pm to no avail still.

So Nov 19th I received the very same text but my parcel hasn't been delivered, I decided to check the tracker and to my surprise it shows the " Consignee is unavailable".

I've had my phone with me the whole day and no one called nor communicated anything. I'm really disgusted by the service provided by this company.

I've been calling and sending in emails regarding my parcel and I kept on being told I should receive it by end of day but I still don't have my parcel.
