POOR SERVICE

My parcel arrived in Newcastle on the 3rd October 2025 according to tracks, from 3rd October I keep on getting "Delivery not successful messages".. HOW COME? This is the worst service I ever encountered with Skynet. I rate you ZERO!!!!
