poor in general

poor service poor customer care, i have called skynet 14 times in the last 5 days, my package has been sitting with them for over a week now, i need a verification sms that i have not received and have requested multiple times, iv emailed iv called they drop the call as they answer your call forcing you to the back of the massive 30 man queue, it took 8 calls to get the bottom of what i needed and now i can see im never going to get this sms. pathetic
