Poor engagement with the client, and late delivery

They have no respect for their clients. Up to this day, they haven't delivered my parcel yet; they have it with them. Every time I call them, they give excuses, and the delivery dates move from day to day. Their WhatsApp help desk is horrible—poor engagement with the client.
