Poor Delivery with SkyNet

I am extremely disappointed in the service provided. I placed an order with SHEIN at the end of January, and it was shipped via this courier. Although the tracking status shows the order as 'delivered,' I never received it. I have contacted Skynet multiple times, but their representatives continue to give me the run-around. I am disgusted by this entire process. If you have any pending orders being shipped with this company, please ensure they are canceled immediately
