Poor delivery services

Terrible delivery service, my items were out for delivery on the 23rd of Dec from SHEIN I never got my delivery i called to follow up on the 31st I was told a blatant lie that I was not available on the 23rd yet I was waiting the whole day checked my phone never got a message nothing…my call log and messages have nothing that shows communication for delivery for the second time now.. I never experience such with other delivery companies I once requested Temu at some point to never hand my parcel to Skynet again now I must ask SHEIN to do the same .. This company is terrible in communication and efficiency of delivering parcels to clients
