Poor delivery services

SKYNET is really deliver poor customer services and delivery guys not honest. According to my tracking my parcel should have been delivered on the 6th of January 2026, according to the delivery person he could not get in touch of me, which is totally a lie. There were no calls from him or any message. So he have return it to there depo in Rustenburg, I phone SKYNET and explain to them the situation and the lady said they will see what they can do, nothing happen, yesterday I phone again and the same answer. Till now no movement on my package. So now I want to know how long must I wait for my package to be delivered from Rustenburg to Thabazimbi, which is only about 90km away.
