Poor delivery service

I am confused by the lack of accountability and responsibility by this company which is primary courier service for Vodacom SA?? It's been 4 days since the parcel arrived at the branch and 3 since I received my sms that it would be delivered on that day and still nothing today. They take forever to answer the phone, different agents on the same day gives different delivery dates which is contradictory to the sms and online tracking, you can't access a supervor or manager and the list goes on. I saw them "attempt" to deliver my neighbours parcel, shouted at the door and hooted twice, when they never came out, they just drove off. Really bad service!
