Poor delivery for UNISA students by Skynet Couriers services

Unisa must change this courier company . Bad customer service. You must keep on calling them in order to deliver your books. Last year had same problem, everytime I trace my parcel its say went out for delivery but a day will end without receiving my parcel. I asked the drivers last year what was the issue; they told me the address wasn't clear. I asked them why did they call me to direct them, they told me they are not provided with airtime. This year its still same issue. I have been calling everyday no improvement, just calls being transfered from one to another.
