Poor customer service. Very poor communication

Package was meant to be delivered within 7=14 days this has not happened. Contacted them to enquire was told it would be delivered the following day. On the day of delivery no sms or call was made to confirm delivery. When I do call , I couldn't get through after holding on for 15mins twice.
