Poor customer service

What a horrible courier company, it should be shut down. I received a message last Wednesday that my parcel is out on delivery and I keep tracking my parcel then it says cosignnee not available but no driver has called me. I have called the center multiple times but they're not so useful either. On Friday when I called the consultant told me the depo opens on Saturday amd closes at 12:30, drove there yesterday and it was closed. A very useless company, wouldn't recommend using them.
