Poor customer care service

I placed a Temu order and given this company to pay for customs. However I have been trying to make payment through a link given but I’m unable to. This is delaying my delivery date on the items I need urgently. What makes this worse is the fact that I have tried all communication channels provided by Skynet to contact them without success. No reply everywhere since Thursday the 20th of March. Can you please enhance your customer service because really this is not ok. I’m a still unable to make payments and it’s very frustrating.
