Poor Communications

1. Skynet does not email to confirm deliverydate 2. They do not call before hand to confirm if someone would be at home to receive the package 3. Driver calls when he is outside my gate but no one is at home All could have been avoided if they communicated early and constantly with the customer.

Tried contacting skynet via whatsapp, the live agent chatted for a few minutes and then no responses.
