Poor communication, unreliable service!!!

What a disappointment!!! I’m stuck on a cycle of ‘ your order is out for delivery’ , ‘abnormal delivery notification’ and ‘order not delivered as no one was available to receive it’ multiple times each day since last week. I have never had such horrible experience with Shein until now because of Skynet. I’m even giving up on my orders.
