Poor Communication and Delivery Issues

I am having a frustrating experience with SkyNet Worldwide Express. My package that I ordered from SHEIN on the 2nd of April 2025 is still not delivered to me. It was said to be delayed, and I have received no updates or notifications about customs payment. When I tried to claim it, I was told I'd exceeded my customs limit without prior notice. Despite sending emails and making calls, l've been met with complete silence. No one seems to be answering or addressing my concerns. The lack of communication, transparency, and customer service is appalling. I expect better from any company, especially one that's supposed to be helping me receive my package. Avoid this company if you value your time and sanity.
