Poor Communication and Customer Service , Delayed Delivery

I'm extremely disappointed with Skynet Couriers. My package was delayed by 3days, with no updates or apologies. Communication was abysmal, with unhelpful representatives and automated responses. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I was left in the dark. The lack of transparency and accountability is staggering. Avoid this courier service if you value timely deliveries and decent customer service.
