Poor Communication and Bad customer service.

I have never been so disappointed. My Study material was dispatched from Johannesburg to Rustenburg, It arrived in Rustenburg around the 13th but still on the 21st no delivery has been made. The Driver chose to call me on Sunday after 3pm where there was no one at my work. It took them the whole week to before they could deliver. You can call their office they will promise you a feed back but you won’t get nothing from them unless you make a follow up.
