Disgusting service! Actually it can't even be described at service because there is NONE! SHAME ON YOU!

I placed an order with a company last Wednesday and paid ADDITIONAL monies to have the parcel delivered within 24 hours. From the supplier to my home is less than 30 minutes drive. I confirmed with the supplier that Skynet had collected the parcel. The parcel was not delivered the following day so I called Skynet to be told that the parcel would definitely be delivered the next day and I didn't need to worry.

I am STILL waiting. Phone calls go unanswered. Emails aren't responded to and WhatsApps are ignored.

Poor! Really poor! Shame on you for advertising a service that you are not capable of delivering. Don't offer a service that you cannot deliver on - rather be upfront with the client. Also, your staff need to be trained on communication and follow up. It is exceptionally poor.
