Poor and unprofessional service

Package was out for delivery on Saturday 25 Oct, with no delivery attempt but a note annotated of Consignee unavailable on tracking website. No call attempt , message nothing.

Today it was out for delivery again and a call was attempted on WhatsApp and as you should know there are settings that if the person attempted to call is not a saved number the call will not go through. My settings are set up like this and no further attempt for a normal call was made OR a message even being sent.

The interaction I received was extremely unprofessional saying my parcel MIGHT be delivered tomorrow. No apologies for not attempting a proper business call. Makes me wonder if anyone was actually even at the gate for delivery because security did not even contact me to send a code to access the Estate.

The experience and service is extremely disappointing and definitely matches the hello peter rating of 1.19 stars.
