Poor and non responsive service

First time using this service andnits a nightmare, they have a whatsapp and customer service phone center but they do not respond on all platforms. I have been waiting for order K*** the whole week and they told me it will be escalated but nothing is happening. This company should just reconsider its business operations and strategy
