Pooooooooooooor poor service delivery

I am very disappointed with SKYNET. Monday morning I got an SMS that stated that my parcel will be delivered same day, unfortunately no delivery was made after waiting for them the whole day. No communication nothing. Tuesday I logged on their website to track my parcel but I was puzzled by the message they wrote that they came and did not find any one. I called them immediately and they promised to deliver Wednesday, I gave them my work address. Wednesday came and still nothing. I called them Thursday morning before 8 to check if my parcel was allocated for delivery and i was told my parcel is Lost. Since then I have been waiting for their call because they told me they are checking cameras, no communication, nothing. I am so furious, I called on Friday but then someone decided not to answer my calls. I will definitely write to incredible connections store not to use their services again and everyone out there. I will spread the message everywhere. My parcel number is JDG***
