Polokwane Branch don't even answer their phones

I have been waiting for my parcel, it was dispatched from Johannesburg last week and now it have been sitting at polokwane for almost a week, when I try to call the polokwane branch they don't even answer.<br> <br> This is the second time happening, it also happened last year.
