Planning in business hours

My wife received a phone call today at 05:40 am asking if she will be home for a delivery today. She was not told whom she was speaking to, or which company was phoning.<br> <br> i phoned back the number ***) and the person apologised for such an early call but tried to explain the reason to me. I told him that under no circumstances should people be phoned before 08:00. 3 minutes later, still before 06:00, he phoned my wife again. When he heard me answering he just hanged up.<br> <br> I phoned the head office number, but apparently I could not speak to anyone before 08:00 when their business day starts. This figures, right?
