PIE IN THE SKY PROMISES ....

Shocking!!!!! We received an SMS on 27th Dec, 24, that parcel on the move. Nothing since then ...... finally got through to their call centre today to be told, it has moved down to Dbn (we were not advised) and would be out on delivery today. As it is new motor licence we did not want to chance not being here so sat around all day waiting for it!!! No delivery. When I advised the call centre that there had been no update on the online tracking post 27th, she said there was on the 30th - advised her nope - it's not updated on their online tracking service. Must really plead with Natis to drop Skynet as their Courier service - .... they are useless .... now to try and get through to their call centre tomorrow morning ... to hold on to a recorded message - your call is important to us!!!
