Phones go unanswered for hours
i have been calling skynet pretoria since 8am because i urgently need a pckage delivered before 12 mid day but their phones go on automated response\your call is important to us please hold for the next available agent"and an hour and half later i still havent spoken to any agent but that annoying and irritating machine.Please take our calls"""
