Phathetic excuse for a courier company

When do you plan on “contacting “ me when you don’t even answer calls? I’ve been trying to make contact all day. You’re only responding because this is a public platform. Sies

Skynet is a bunch of ****s, they promise to call you on Hello Peter just to save face. They never call you, I will keep shaming you until you deliver my package. ******!

Skynet Joburg saw the bad reviews and started bombarding me with calls. I was given contacts for the Durban, a lady named Priscilla rudely answered the phone. She just asked me something about Vodacom, wouldn't even listen to me before putting me through to a number that rang unanswered. I called again and after a little tussle she gave me Grant's number (the manager). I called Grant, he dropped my call and rep**** with an sms saying "Can't talk" to which I rep**** that I don't want to talk either, I want my package. Grant answered my call then hung up while I was still talking to him.

Apparently my package was delivered to someone named Jalool or something.

Pathetic service.

Grant finally answered my call again, like everyone else he's gonna find out where my parcel is even though I told him it was delivered to someone else. Now he's phoning the driver and he will get back to me. Waiting.........

Skynet is now sending me WhatsApp messages, they are really getting into this customer service thingy. Bravo, fantastic, love it!

Grant called me back. Apparently, the package was delivered someone in the complex (I'm stunned).

They tried to lie, said they called me using the number found at the complex gate and couldn't reach me. I told them this is a lie because there is no number at the gate for my unit, all the units have numbers except mine. The story changed to "Oh we tried to use the number on the waybill", another lie because my phone was on the whole day and I received no call from their driver but I did receive the delivery confirmation sms though.

They then asked me to go to the "neighbour" and collect the parcel, ***? To which I rep**** that I do not even know the person they delivered to and I will not go bother someone at their house, Skynet must fix this.

So now they have sent a driver to come and collect the parcel from the neighbour and deliver it to me, the driver will be here at 12h00.

Be warned, Skynet drivers will give your parcel to anyone they meet and expect you to go collect it.

Just ridiculous!

At 12h10 I called Grant to let him know I am still sitting here doing nothing, just waiting for the driver. Grant doesn't know where the driver is but he will find out and get back to me.

It's Day 2 and I haven't left the house, I am just sitting here waiting for Skynet to deliver my parcel. Great service!!!

12h42: The driver just got here, I have my package.
