Patnership that does not deliver

My order arrived in Cape Town on the 2nd, I received no call but the system was updated that I was not available for delivery. On the 3rd the driver called to deliver parcel past 6pm and I have left the office already. Since then I have been calling the head office and was told my matter has been escalated.
